"Really solid belt"

"Pretty quick with it"
They handled it real quick, which was nice because I was kind of just waiting there not knowing what the timing would be. It got taken care of faster than I thought, so yeah, good experience overall.

"Smooth edges make a big difference"
I got my belt from Hanks a couple weeks ago, and the first thing I noticed was how smooth the edges were. No rough spots, no little fuzzy bits like you see on cheaper belts. After wearing it for a while, the edges still look just as clean. It’s a small detail, but I think other customers would notice it too because it really makes the belt feel well made. I’m very happy with it

I had a question about my order, and customer service got back to me quickly, I think. They were nice about it and got everything sorted without making it a big hassle. It did take one extra email to fully clear things up, but overall it was fine and I’d say it went well.

The leather feels really solid, like it’ll hold up well, but yeah, the edges are a bit rough-looking. Not a dealbreaker for me, but I did notice it quickly.

"Broke in nicely after the first week"
When I first got the belt, it was stiff, but I expected that. I wore it every day for about a week, and by the end of that week it started feeling a lot more natural and comfortable. Now that I’ve had some time with it, it feels solid, fits well, and I’m really happy with it.

I had to return a belt. The return process was easy. No real hassle there. The refund did take a few days, though. Not a big deal, but I wish it had been a bit faster

"Good belt, packaging was just okay"
The belt showed up fine and nothing was damaged, so that part was good. I just kind of expected the packaging to feel a little nicer for the price, like, it looked plain, and the corners were a bit beat up. Not a huge deal, I mean the belt itself is fine, but it didn’t give the best first impression

"Wish I’d Bought It Sooner"
I got this belt last month i kind of regret not getting one like this earlier. The leather feels really nice and thick, not like the cheap belts that start cracking after a few wears. It was a bit stiff at first, but it’s breaking in nicely now. I did take off one star because there was a tiny mark in the finish, which was a little disappointing, but overall I’m really happy with the quality

"Warranty Came Through, Eventually"
The lifetime warranty definitely helped, and I’m glad they honored it. That said, it took longer than I would’ve liked, and I don’t have a ton of patience for waiting around. In the end it worked out, but the process could’ve been quicker.

"Fits okay, but sizing felt a little off"
The belt fits well overall, but the sizing wasn’t quite what I expected. I ended up having to use the next tighter hole, which isn’t a huge deal, but it did make me feel like the sizing concern was kind of brushed off. It works fine, just not exactly as expected.

Overall, I like the belt and it feels well-made. The only small downside is that it’s a little thicker than I expected, so it doesn’t fit through the loops on some of my jeans as easily. Still a good belt, just something to keep in mind

"Pretty happy with it overall"
I wasn’t totally sure at first if I should spend a little more on this belt, since you can definitely find cheaper ones online. But now that I’ve worn it, I think the price was fair for what I got. It feels a lot better than the belts I’ve bought before, though maybe I’m just used to cheaper ones falling apart. Shipping was normal, no complaints there. I’d probably buy from Hanks Belts again.

"Solid belt, better than others I’ve owned"
This is a solid belt and feels better made than a lot of the ones I’ve bought before. I also really like that it’s made in the USA. Simple, sturdy, and exactly what I was looking for.

"Pretty good, but could be a bit quicker"
The website was easy enough to use and I was able to place my order without any real issues. It did take me a little while to find the size info I needed, and checkout felt kind of slow on my phone. I was expecting a faster response from the site, especially during checkout. Overall, not a bad experience, but it could definitely be smoother.

I had to swap my belt for a different size, and honestly... the exchange went smoothly. It did take a few extra days, but, yeah, it wasn’t really a big deal in the end

"Still Holding Up Great"

"Good Belt, Slow Shipping"
The belt arrived in good condition and looks fine, so no complaints about the product itself. Shipping just took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating because I was looking forward to getting it sooner. Overall, I’m happy it finally came, but the wait definitely took some of the excitement out of it

I’ll give it credit, the belt definitely feels sturdy and well-made. That said, comfort has been a little hit or miss for me. It took some time to break in, and even now it still feels stiff on certain days. I don’t want to make it sound worse than it is because it’s not a bad belt at all, but for my own comfort, I was hoping it would feel a bit easier to wear.
